Very funny comedian. He plays a guy with a "tough" job: answering phones at an internet help desk. The act is just brilliant if you ask me, and is certainly amongst the best I've seen so far. Also check out these 2 similar comedian clips also hilarious: Real street magic and National Spelling Bee

I work at a helpline.... Gosh, I think that caller called me two days ago!!! And I think I will go independant with the training video " How to actually get help from a helpline".......
