i had one act like the towards me when i was a teen - roads flooded and i had stalled and was coasting through an intersection and the light turned yellow. the cop actually pulled me over for running a yellow i wasn't happy and i let him know that i didn't run a red and that my car had stalled and i wasn't going to stop in the middle of the road with a stalled car. at this point too i was on the left hand side of the one way street. by the end i got a ticket for pulling over to the wrong side of the road, running the red light and not using my turn signal when pulling over. plus i had to walk the one more block home since my car was stalled and sitting about 2 foot of water. (the only place i could pull over...)
