These guys managed to capture a 2.2 million volt lightning strike using just a thick piece of Plexiglass. As the lightning strike travels through it, it melts the plastic, leaving an imprint of the strike, called a Lichtenberg figure. Pretty cool, isn't it?

Only a few days ago we found out that that PC version of the famous Resident Evil 4 would be released on Feb 23, 2007. However, in less than a week and 19 days from the official release date, Resident Evil 4 can already be downloaded over the Internet from various torrent sites. Over 200 downloads in less than 10 hours from that website alone, so this makes us wonder how did this leak happen? And why do this kind of leaks continue to appear ever more frequently? And as usually why isn't anyone doing anything about it?

A guy, with lots of spare time on his hands decided to make a graffiti machine. It's actually similar to a plotter printer. It can draw by a system of pulleys which coordonated by the computer make the graffiti machine draw each point of the original image on the wall. Nice.

Imagine having a picture and being able to transform it into a 3D environment, and then navigating through it like you were there. What is more spectacular, is that this system would be able to transform the pictures from Google Earth into spectacular 3D environments. Wow.

Slow motion imagery helps us understand the physics of things around us, and also makes for some incredible footage. For example, who knew what a small water drop does when it hits water? It's fantastic! Enjoy!

Japan launched a satellite to circle the Moon. It did what it was supposed to do, and brought home incredible images. Now, it was time for it to go to sleep. It's too bad that it lands on the dark side of the moon, but the footage near the end must have been just feet above the surface. Very cool! Enjoy!
